Elizabeth Wolf

"Mrs. Elizabeth" was an inspiration. Her faith, love of life and appreciation of the simple things made her a true child of God. She was so very proud of her family and had such a wonderful 100th birthday celebration, remembering every name and introducing friends to one another. It was a privilege to know her these past 15 years and to share a pew at church. She is now home. We will miss her incredible zest for life and optimistic view. Blessings to you always "Mrs. Elizabeth." Until we meet again.

How we all loved our Aunt Elise! She was such a positive, sunny person who loved all her family. When we were children she would bake peach kuchen and have tea parties for us. She loved to play cards and always took the time to visit with the others in her apartment building. Until very recently she still loved to take walks outdoors. We were fortunate to have had her in our lives. She was a great example of how to live our lives and was such an inspiration. She will truly be missed.

Aunt Elise truly was a Great Aunt. Always warm, enthusiastic, inviting, and inspiring, and she made the best strudel I've ever had. I remember she once showed me an old wooden mug that has the quote in German: Trink, was klar ist, Lieb, was rar ist, or Drink, what is clear, Love, what is rare. God blessed us with such a unique person like Aunt Elise in our lives to love.

Everyone's Sweetheart, Most favorite Aunt, provider of dearest childhood memories, always smiling & happy to see all visitors, the epitomy of hospitality, great baker & cook, fabulous recall of everyone's name, best example of living life to the fullest & appreciating every moment! I will always be in awe of you! You deserve all our Lord has planned for you. Rest in peace! I am so proud to have known you!!!
